Every connector ships behind a flag — enable one at a time, or all, with zero code changes.

For dispatch — the customer's own board subscriptions and keys (per-tenant credentials, never pooled).
Credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM locally; AWS Secrets Manager in production). Live data flows for these services activate at production cutover — see docs/PRODUCTION_SETUP.md.
